Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Aerolatte To Go, Milk Frother, BlackCustomer Review: Works Amazingly Well Summary: 5 Stars
This is one kitchen gadget that really works. Makes thick creamy froth in seconds. Batteries ( two "AA" ) last a long time. Just rinse it off to clean it. If you get one, get the "to go" model listed here. The plastic case is very handy. It fits perfectly and snaps closed tightly. Thrown in your gadget drawer, it won't get tangled up like everything else tends to do. This would make a perfect small gift for anyone with an espresso machine.
Customer Review: Aerolatte frother Summary: 5 Stars
Our old stainless steel model frother was on its last legs so I found this one on Amazon. It works great and other than getting used to the new switch location so I don't splatter myself, it is perfect. The switch has a momentary and full on position, another nice feature not in the old one. As with the old one and any like it, you must be careful to keep from bending the wire whip. If you do, carefully re-form it and test spin for balance.
Customer Review: Saves you hundreds of dollars Summary: 5 Stars
The Aerolatte has saved me hundreds of dollars at the local Java place. I can make my own skinny latte's for a fraction of what I would pay otherwise...I just make my coffee a little bit stronger, so I really have misto's.
Not only that I have used the aerolatte to make awesome cocoa, and also to emulsify salad dressings. And even to lightly whip cream a few times for over strawberries.
Truly a versatile item...
Customer Review: Not for milshakes, etc. Summary: 3 Stars
I made the mistake in buying this to mix milk-protein drinks, it just doesn't have the power to do it. I'm going to buy a Cuisinart or Proctor Silex plug in model that have a lot more power and are about the same price.
This is probably great for frothing milk, but they shouldn't have advertised it for making milk shakes or anything that is thick, it just can't handle thicker drinks and really bogs down and even stops.
Customer Review: fantastico Summary: 5 Stars
I love this thing!!! My coffee would be very lonely without it!!! In fact, my cappucino wouldn't be savory at all if not for the froth this creates. Aside from that, I've had it for a long time and it still works fine, apart from having to change the batteries every six months or so. Also, one time, it got bent because it fell on the floor, but it was easy enough to straighten out again. Aerolatte frother, you're cool!
