I love lattes but hate to spend over $3 for one at a coffee shop. I already had an espresso machine without an attached frother so I decided to see if I could find a portable, non electric one on Amazon! Thank you Amazon for leading me to the Aerolatte. I purchased the original one first that I used at home, at work, and at our camper. I then bought the black To Go one to use at home and take to our camper on the weekends. I leave the original at work. My daughter-in-law and sister loved the lattes I made for them so I bought both of them one for Christmas. They love them! Plus, I try to eat healthy most of the time and having a warm latte made with decaf espresso, fat-free milk, sugar-free carmel flavoring for only 90 calories is such a treat and very filling! We used to have a huge espresso machine with a steam nozzle, but the monster gobbled up prime kitchen counter real estate, so we finally chucked it. I rarely used anyway it because it was complicated and hard to clean. Now we have a Keurig single-serve coffee maker and this Aerolatte frother, and it's like I have a Starbucks in my kitchen! I heat some milk in a pan, maybe add a little sugar and cinnamon, depending on what flavor coffee I'm drinking, and then whip up clouds of foam. I love being able to serve friends fancy lattes at weekend brunches.
The Aerolatte frother is easy to use and easy to clean. It's also durable and inexpensive. And unlike my former espresso monster, the frother can be tucked out of sight in the silverware drawer.

This little kitchen tool is a dream to use. I make my own lattes every day and they are just like the ones you pay $5 for at the coffee shops. You just put the tip in the milk and turn it on. You have perfectly frothed milk in a matter of seconds and there's no massive cleanup or extra cups in the sink afterwards.
It works best when the milk is cold. I put a little milk in my coffee mug first, froth it and then add the coffee and syrup. It's so easy and fast and I just love it. The thing I love most is that it is so inexpensive. It pays for itself after 2-3 cups of coffee if you really love frothy coffee like I do (based on the cost of buying them at the coffee shop). I would recommend this to everyone who drinks fancy coffee.

I've had many foamers. I am, in fact, a foamer junkie. This is my favorite. It foams more easily and more items than the old bonjour I had with more of a blade at the bottom. I used to use the bonjour frother that includes a glass holder, but the glass broke and I had to replace it a number of times. I then tried the regular aerolatte, but without a cover, it stopped working properly over time because it didn't have enough protection. Now, this is my only foamer. I have two of them, one tucked away in my suitcase for travel, and one in my appliance drawer. When I want to froth milk for more than one person, I just put the milk in a tall glass and foam a larger amount, which I serve at the table with a long spoon. I've never tried to froth my own milk before and after watching a friend use hers, I was almost doubtful that it would work, as her milk did not froth that much. Gotta tell you, this little gadget is great. It frothed my milk so well it reminded me of the stiff peaks from a really good egg white beat. A 1/3 cup of milk nearly overflowed a 16oz coffee mug. And boy did it last. I had leftovers and when I came back a few hours later it had barely fallen. The carrying case is primo. I took it up to my in-laws and they were so impressed by it that they asked if they could keep mine. Looks like I'll be ordering another one soon. Thanks to Amazon for the quick replacement when the first case received damage during shipment.
