Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Aerolatte To Go, Milk Frother, BlackCustomer Review: It is a good product Summary: 5 Stars
One year ago I bough a frother in a one of this big design/furniture shops. I really like it, and I got use to have my morning coffee with the smooth sensation of the whipped milk. But after few month the frother stop working. I decided to look for another one and I bough the aero-latte. It is awesome. The capuchinos are great, the chai tea latte is better that the one you can find at starbucks. I love it. This little engine is so much powerful that the previous one and cost me almost the same. It is not that you have some bubbles in your milk, it is like having almost a mousse in your mouth. If I do more than 20 seconds, I have to use a spoon. The milk is getting almost double in volume. A good/easy recipe, mix cold milk with your favorite chocolate, less that 1 min with the frother and a fabulous and easy dessert is ready to enjoy.
Customer Review: Make a perfect Coffee Latte just like the coffee shop! Summary: 5 Stars
This product works just great- It has a lots of power to make a perfect thick frothy Coffee Latte. Use 2% milk works the best!
( Use 1/3 Coffee, 1/3 2% Milk, 1/3 Froth ). Easy to clean after each use.
An ideal glass would be bell shaped with a low belly, where milk will swirl around at the bottom.
I have also used evaporated milk and it works great. Just takes 15 to 20 seconds.
Everyone in the family loves it so I bought some extra's for them and it makes a perfect gift.
Can also make Frosty Latte,Milkshakes,Hot Chocolate and many other uses.
Anyone who buys this will find its well worth the money and you can read other reviews that also say this product is great. I would also recommend you buy this product with the durable travel container.
Customer Review: False design and/or material Summary: 2 Stars
There's no doubt that it's a great frother! It does what it's supposed to do; it froths any kind of milk darn good!
Sharing my 3-week-experience, lactose free milk worked the best. The foam stayed longer than other milk. The fresher the milk is, the more foam you get as well.
I would have loved it more if it did not have design and/or material problem.
It's made out of cheap plastic. The body can't get a hold of its own lid to battery. I wasn't comfortable using it because it's just about to pop out of the handle while frothing.
I tried to tighten the screws in, but it didn't do much.
Finally Amazon sent me a replacement, however it came with the same problem.
I am afraid I should return both of them and get a stainless steel version.
Customer Review: More bang for your buck Summary: 5 Stars
After my $300 Krups espresso/coffee maker died, I was frustrated to find a better replacement. Low and behold, an inexpensive espresso maker plus the Aerolatte To Go make lattes and cappucinos just as delicious, and with even better foam than the pump-driven Krups. I bought the Aerolatte To Go before we went on vacation so I could make my morning latte while away from home. It works so well, so consistenly, SO quickly and without the mess of traditional foaming/steaming methods! So well that I use it at home everyday now rather than use the steam wand on my espresso maker. The directions say to microwave your milk (I use 1%) for 30 seconds, but I do it for 50 seconds to heat the milk to 135 degrees. This makes a hotter latte and results in better, richer, thicker, creamier foam.
Customer Review: Great little invention. Summary: 5 Stars
This really works well. I got it from amazon and was excited because I hadn't had my coffee yet for the day. I placed a half a glass of milk into the microwave for a minute, put this little guy in the milk and in 30 seconds I had more than enough foam for my two cups. It is very high quality foam too, and makes even my regular coffee taste so much better, (waiting for an actual espresso machine.)
The only thing I can see as being a downside to this product is the batteries needing to be changed but that is a very minor gripe and if that's an issue with you maybe try one of the glass manual ones that looks more like a french press. This is the cheapest coffee related purchase I have ever made that could impact the enjoyment of my coffee so much. GREAT PRODUCT.
