Customer Review: I want to like this....

I tend to get comments from people at work who see me using this and it is very useful and functional for making a quick cup of tea at the office, but there are some problems you should be aware of before buying.
First, the glass does seem rather thin, but it hasn't broken yet (I've had it for two weeks). I haven't dropped it yet though to test if it is sturdier than it seems.
Second, I kind of wish it would break, the handle is very small and when it is full of scalding hot tea it is very hard to hold it without touching the glass. On this last trip my fingers were a little wet and it was all I could do to clench down hard enough on it to keep it from slipping down and causing my fingers to make contact with the hot surface.
Third, all that heat that is burning your fingers is leaving your tea, this cup doesn't keep the tea hot for very long...
The infuser is nice, and I will probably start to use it with another mug, but for the price I think you can buy a better stand alone infuser.
So in the end I think it works well if you can cope with the limitations, it does make a nice self contained package, but you need to handle it carefully (both because it is fragile and because it is easy to be scalded by it).
