The Shaker Pro is made in Germany and it shows. Its a highly technical design (for a shaker bottle) that takes a bit of learning but it works flawlessly. It has about 5 parts and screws together three different ways. Once you learn how to work it, however, it NEVER leaks. Not a drop. I've tried all the others; sooner or later, they all leak. One reviewer said it was "cheap" plastic, which perplexed me because the quality is much better than the rest of the junk out there. After a year and a half it doesn't show a bit of wear.
