Customer Review: Does not keep beverages warm , thin construction, burns your hand.

This seems cheaply made. Very thin side walls, really no insulation, as proved by only keeping beverages warm for about 2-3 hours. Compared to a glass insulated thermos I bought at a department store afterwards for $3, this is really not a good use of your money. Plus, you can hardly hold the container immediately after pouring hot liquid into it because you'll scorch your hand!
