This is the first such product that I have ever purchased. I have used it several months now and am pleased. I love the shape, color and disign of the piece. It is serving me quite well: keeping the tea nice and warm (be sure to heat it up well with hot water sufficiently), continuing to keep its like new condition (wash and dry after each use) and its design pleases myself and anyone who sees it. I am amazed at the low price. I am not an expert, but I cannot see how some of these cast iron tea pots cost from $160. to $650.00.
