I have used this coffee pot once for making hot spiced tea, and it worked well. I don't have a sense of the durability of it because I've just used it once. My husband and I just love this coffee pot it has come in real handy I get poeple stopping by the house a lot in the morning. This helps so I don't have to make 3 and 4 pots everytime I turn around. It takes a bit longer to make the coffee but it's worth it in the long run.Customer Review: So-so

Got two of these, but one came cracked. The one that isn't cracked works fine. Tried to contact the seller store a few times to ask for an exchange on the second one, but heard nothing back.

I bought this coffee urn for church gatherings and have used it once. The coffee was good. Kept it hot. It was easy to clean. Cord is attached so you can't lose it. What more could you want for the money?
