The water treatment additive for the Venta humidifier is pictured as individual packets, and that is the reason I ordered from this vendor. However, I received the large bottles of additive, instead of individual packets, which means measuring each time it is used. I could have bought the bottles locally, but wanted the packets.
I was not informed by the vendor before sending the bottles, although my email was available.
