Customer Review: Nice but not Black

-Pros: Nice heavy metal, Nice sharp teeth, Kief Catcher, Cloth Bag, Good Price.
-Cons: Like the other reviews say, It Is Not Black. Its more of a tinted chrome that makes it look allot cheaper, at least I was prepared. Took 12 days to get hare (Amazon and USPS ware slow compared to the other items I bought). Doesn't grind as fine as I would want it to and holes are big enough for watermelon seeds to fall through.
Let me explain this Grinder since the pictures aren't exactly clear. It comes inside of a shaped cloth bag with little strings to tie it. This is nice for transporting it because it doesn't fall open and doesn't really look like a Grinder. In the Inside... Its tinted Chrome not black! The top part has teeth and is magnetic. The next part down has teeth and holes for the substance to fall through to the next part and the top is easily taken off/put back on because of the magnets. The next part has a very fine screen for "kief" to fall through and is screwed on. The bottom part also screws on and it catches the kief.
The way I like to use this grinder is take the top off, set it down and fill it up with the substance, then put the bottom part on top it (not allowing any thing to fall through the holes). I grind it up as fine as I can and then I ether unscrew it and dump it out if I'm in a hurry or, I let it fall through the holes and then unscrew it (turned up right), and turn the substance into a fine powder while its siting on top of the screen and then dump it out. This allows for a good amount of the substance to fall into the kief catcher.

I had trouble deciding on trying my luck on this one or spending seventy dollars on a titanium top-of-the-line grinder at BC. But honestly, no matter how high-quality of a grinder it is I just don't like spending seventy dollars on a grinder. So I tried this one and will list out the pros first:
-First off I ordered it on Thursday, the 1st. It was predicted to arrive between the 7th and 22nd. I got here this morning on the fourth so it was a really speedy delivery. To be expected I guess because it shipped just north in the same state as me.
-The magnet is plenty strong. You can hold it upside-down and shake it and it won't budge. I can even lift the whole thing from just the top part and it will keep hold.
-It annihilates anything you put it! I put a pretty large nug in there, ten seconds of twisting and I opened up to see absolutely nothing left in the top chamber! Very good it's job.
-Good feel, looks nice.
-$30! (including shipping)
Cons-
-It didn't come with a velvet pouch as pictured or as other users said they received in other reviews of this product.
-The screen, as mentioned by other users, is too fine. Almost nothing gets through to the kief chamber.
Overall I would recommend this to a friend. Unless you want to spend an extra forty bucks for those couple perfections. The only con that actually bothers me is that the screen is too fine. And I would have liked that pouch that I thought I was promised when I payed for it.

Pros:
- For $20, you really aren't going to get a better grinder anywhere. This has the quality of its $40 counterparts
- People criticize the screen for being too fine, but the buildup you collect is much more pure. Grinders with bigger screens tend to have bits of plant matter that fall through
- This grinder just feels durable and strong. I could spike this thing on a cement sidewalk and it would probably grind just like new
- The ground product is the perfect consistency for rolling. You will never get consistency like this if you break your smoking herbs up by hand
- The teeth are sharp and plentiful, but the grinder leaves no flecks of metal behind like some cheap grinders do
- It came with a nice little carrying pouch
Cons:
- I was expecting this grinder to be black based on the picture, but it was a chrome color instead. Color doesn't matter at all to me, but it's something potential buyers should be aware of
- The chamber where the grinded product falls into is very shallow. If you are careless when separating the layers, you might have your herbs spill out
- It might take a few tries to line up the threads on the layers correctly
Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I shutter to think about the grinders at my local smokeshop I was considering purchasing for almost double the price. I highly recommend this grinder to anyone

I am not a review-er type, but I really wanted to let people know how wonderful this item is. First, it is a joy to look at, and I really mean look at: this is a beautifuly made item, and little details, like the radius in the lid of the grinder compartment, or the included carry bag, are things I can see myself really coming to appreciate. It is a really great size, but not as heavy as I expected it to be, yet somehow feel more expensive because of it. To be honest, looking at it I kept thinking about exotic German cars. In short, it feels solid and precise, while looking impressive and understated.
I don't think the drop compartment is too small as some others have discussed, but the pollen screen is very fine, and I am not sure how much will sift through. On the flip, not much will sift up (like in transit), either, keeping the precious safe. As a bonus, the screen feels tight as a drum, which is where I have had other grinders fail.
Only gripes are some VERY minor cosmetic defects on inner surfaces and that I would have preferred the magnet to attach the lid protrude up from the body (when assembled) than down from the lid, but these are VERY minor nitpicks on a grinder I would expect to see for $50-70, retail, plus $10 for the pouch.
This is a phenomenal product, not just for the price. I would buy again, but I doubt I will have too!

I recieved my order with in 3 days, I didn't get the little cloth bag to put the grinder in. But that doesn't bother me. Like everyone else stated, it's not as dark as it looks in the picture. It's still very cool looking and it feels awesome. Has alittle weight to it.
Okay, now on to how the product preforms. This grinder can handle anything I threw at it. The teeth are something to behold, they are tough and can shred through your herb very easy. The teeth don't seem very likely to break. The compartment that holds the shredded contenst is very roomy. I don't see why people say it's to small. I have filled it full a few times and it lasted me and a friend through the night. I also personally like the filther on this grinder. I have a nice pollen collection building up in mine. Very pure, no plant matter.It's not taking me very long to build it up ether.
I have come paired it to my friends grinder, his is so small, no filter or bottom pollen compartment. His went for $25 at the local headshop. So you can't bet the price of this grinder. Its worth every cent and will make you very happy.
Oh one more thing because of the finish, the grinder will get very dirty from fingre prints. They are easy to clean off, this is the only thing that bothers me. But it's such a minor thing with an easy fix of wiping it down after your done with it.
