I can't review a product that Amazon did not ship to me. Instead I received a 16 oz traveling thermos instead of the 19 oz. vehicle "plug in" mug I originally ordered which was for my wife. Amazon hasn't done a thing to resolve this problem and I had to go through the distributor to return the item I didn't order to start with. The experience of ordering this item through Amazon was terrible and totally unexpected; especially since I haven't had any trouble in the past.
