Customer Review: Worse, much worse than I could have expected

Thankfully, the Amazon return process was easy and removed the bad taste of getting unsatisfactory goods. Here is my experience to help you make your buying decision.
I had read reviews about rails being out of alignment. Sadly, the unit I received had rail edges that were not even close to being in alignment. Think a third grader trying to draw parallel lines without a ruler, or train rails after an earthquake.
These misaligned rails looked terrible--even from a few feet away. This holder was not something I wanted hanging in my kitchen. Functionality? I would never trust the unit to hold our larger kitchen knives.
Should you order this holder? Maybe your luck will be better than mine, and Amazon's return process is simple. However, functional and visual defects in the holder I received truly deserve a one star rating.
I ended up purchasing a wooden storage block for use inside a drawer that works well.
