After just 3 weeks of use, the product broke. The system power still functions, however there is no humidity being produced. I have called Venta and they have agreed to send a replacement (an updated model), which I have yet to receive.Customer Review: DON'T BUY THIS

THIS SIMPLY DOES NOT DO THE JOB THAT IT CLAIMS IT DOES.
IT RUNS NONSTOP BUT NEVER GOT THE ROOM OVER 33% HUMIDITY.
IT ALSO LEAVES WHITE DUST WHEREVER YOU PLACE IT.
BUY A SLANT/FIN GERM FREE HUMIDIFIER WITH A UV BULB.

Unfortunately, a few days after buying this, the screen started blinking and then it stopped turning on. I ordered a replacement and the same thing happened. I am now in the process of returning both. :(
